ABSTRACT:
The improvement of knowledge regarding prevention of water borne disease among Mothers of under five-year children has an important role in enabling the effectiveness of structured teaching programmed as an independence nursing intervention. The objective of the study is to assess the effectiveness of STP on knowledge regarding prevention of water borne disease among Mothers of under five-year children The research design adopted was One Group Pre-test and Post-test design. The study had been conducted in selected rural, Rajkot. On probability sampling technique had been adopted to select the desired samples. This study was conducted to find the “A Study to Assess the Effectiveness of Structures Teaching Programme Regarding Prevention of Water Bone Disease Among the mothers of Ubder Five-Year Children in Selected Rural Area at Rajkot.’’ Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to calculate the data.
